Withdrawal pending after 2-3 days

So I received some btc that I exchanged to naira and I tried to withdraw it.. It's been about 2-3 days now and my withdrawal status still shows pending. I have reached out to Luno in all possible ways.. Yet nothing had been done. I really need this money. And yes I have contacted the support team and nothing has been done.
