I made a deposit on the 6th of may and i made a mistake without putting my reference code BX26XUXCR and i deposited R1550 and i have been writing Luno through the app and no response please what's happening

Luno is a huge rip off, as of now the actual Bitcoin price is R153623 price per bitcoin but Luno is charging us users R164899. The problem is that we can not use anyone else in South africa and Luno is exploiting that. I hate rip off artists. Your answer beggars belief, Luno is without a doubt the most expensive, not one other platform is R10000 more than the average price. Dont lie to me and think I am an idiot

What the is wrong with luno. When I was in level 1, I was able to withdraw 100,000 at a go but now I'm in level 2.i can only withdraw 50,000 at a go and maximum withdraw for a day is 100,000. Deposit not reflecting

I don't know what's happening with Luno and I'm disappointed because since I have made a deposit into my Luno account on Monday the 18 May 2020 and is not reflecting, I did contacted support team Please assist me ticket number 1278953

Received a message from Luno to be so kind and provide them with required documents but they don't specify which documents needs to be sent. Am from Nigeria and I have been using luno for more than 3 years now and I have not had any issue with deposit or with withdrawal. My most recent withdrawal was 13th may and I received my funds in my local bank account in less than 30mins. I had several withdrawals on and before 13th may. My advice is always get your account verified before using any service online. Withdrawal pending after 2-3 days

So I received some btc that I exchanged to naira and I tried to withdraw it.. It's been about 2-3 days now and my withdrawal status still shows pending. I have reached out to Luno in all possible ways.. Yet nothing had been done. I really need this money. And yes I have contacted the support team and nothing has been done.
