verification delay/ignored for 2 and half weeks

I have uploaded my ID card and selfie for level 2 verification.im going on 3weeks waiting, I’ve contacted support more than 3times and no feedback not even a “we working on it” kind of feedback.its frustrating coz they give you a lot of links to read and all but at the end nothing happens.by far it is a terrible app to use.im tired of writing to support.i think you font have competition that’s why you do as you please.there is no customer service I disagree

Extremely poor email respond!

Very bad service. Take forever to reply email and to solve problem. Even when you say is urgent they still take their own sweet time! Since the only way to communicate with them is via email, you basically just have to wait!

Withdrawal issues.

Your customer support is so unreliable! I made a withdrawal for an emergency case that came up, Luno said money has been sent to me and withdrawal completed, but for over 24 hours, I am yet to see an alert. My mobile banking hasn't gotten an alert either. Someone else sent me #500 and I received it instantly. LUNO, look into this asap, please. Reference #1300018
