Luno Support Just Doesn't Work
It takes a prod a day and a 5 day waiting ordeal to get a response. In the 3 weeks i have been trying to resolve my funded locked account (no explanation as to why) the support response is just a circle with no resolution. There are a number of other bit coin dealers that actually work You will see on Trust Pilot the better companies have GOOD ratings of 96% / BAD 2% Luno has GOOD 28% / BAD 65%!

Level 3 Account verification - Very Slow
I have used Luno for over 2 years with no problems. I applied for Level 3 verification using the app a few weeks ago. I have received no reply.
