I had an email this morning from Luno (or saying it was Luno) asking me to verify my email account. I've never had any dealings with Luno and had not heard of them before this! Has your security been breached? I am certainly not going to verify anything!

Daylight robbery
Luno accepted my fiat deposit, allowed me to buy BTC, but when I wanted to send it they locked my account. I contacted support, which they only have email for and they told me I can expect a reply after 10 FREAKING WORKING DAYS!!!! What the hell!!

I am a user of Luno, I tried to deposit with my bank card. The transaction wasn't going, I received a message from luno to use another bank card. I later use that of a friend. The transaction was successful, but it is not reflecting on my luno wallet. I have written to Support, nothing yet. Please I want to use the money to pay for a drug online. Don't Trust Luno
Hi Guy's, I made a deposit into Luno. My account isn't suspended or anything but they just refuse to approve any transaction because they saying that they trying to keep your money safe. Even from my one account to the other account? If I can advise you guy's please don't deposit any money into Luno and try to stay away from Luno. Been battling to get my money out of them for more than a week now!! Stay away

Poor service. No repsonse on queries.
I have made a deposit from my local bank to my Luno wallet. Its has been 3 days and although the amount has left my bank account virtually imeediately and confirmed that it has beeb transferred to Luno, the balance on my Luno wallet is still Zero.
