I deposited money in my luno account and I put a wrong reference. I emailed luno support and I only got a response 5 days later. I'm not gonna say their support team is great but they really do get back to you. All my money was deposit correctly into my account.

Repeated Unwanted Emails
Despite not signing up to Luno I am getting bombarded by emails from them. No way of stopping them as I do not have an account. Where did you get my email from?? It is from your company as the return path on the email goes back to your website.

Well I uploaded my bank account statement to upload to level 3 and I was told they will get back to me after 2 working days, but up till now they haven't done anything about it. I would appreciate it if they can verify my document presented (bank account statement) and upgrade me to level 3
