14 days is the amount of time your money will be unavailable to withdraw or send. Got my money stuck. They say” we don’t work with scammers so it’s a security measure against blah blah blah… You buy bitcoin and store it here don’t plan on being able to get it back out or send it anywhere for at least 2 weeks. Totally ridiculous I’d rate this app with negative stars if it was an option. And was charged 16 percent to add crypto . Absurd

It’s past 24 hours now and I have been having problems signing into my luno account, it keeps saying try again later or wait a moment, then nothing happens, no one to ask for help, weak customer service and so other things. Please you guys should fix this

been using it for a few years. no customer support, however if you know what you are doing and can read through their volume of FAQ there are no issues.
