Please help me get back my money

Please help me get back my money. I tried to make a deposit to my Luno with my bank , and it said unable to use bank and I should try another bank. I tried with a friend’s bank. He was debited and up till now , it hasn’t reflected neither has the money been reversed back to the account . Pls help!!! My ticket number is #1442767

Have been scammed a number of times by people that use luno. I really had a very bad experience with the luno. I actually hate it. All my hard earned cash scammed through it.

Poor unacceptable customer service Continues

It is now 10 days after my first enquiry and 7 attempts at contacting Luno - one reply stating I should follow instructions on the web site. Of course I have done this - this is why I have contacted support with absolutely no feedback or help. You guys are too complicated. You should think of adopting simpler methods and customer service response in order to make life easier for your clients. I guess you don't know how frustrating it is. Your creative department should go to work and come up with something better or improved services
