Bad costumer service, carefull with rewards, you have put the code before you do a transaction or you'll lose the reward, dubiously done, just closing my account. Could do a lot better

This website is just taking undue advantage of people. How can you take fees on everything including receiving bitcoin in your wallet when you will still charge another fees when trading or receiving funds into the bank account? This is an extortion of the highest order. When you receive bitcoin into LUNO wallet, they remove money. You send out, they charge you exorbitant fees. You withdraw, they charge you. I changed contacts but did not update on luno, I now want to send funds but I am unable to approve since the otp is being sent to another number. I have since tried to update the contact details with no luck. The system notifies me that changes will take effect in 48 hours since 3 months ago. I tried to contact luno on all social media channels, on their system; they have been quiet since. All I want is to update my contact to the new one. Luno is crap
