Luno states that the withdrawal fee in the EU is .30 euros. In fact, they are lying, there is something called service fee, and when you want to convert bitcoin to euros, you have yo pay 1.5 percent. If they were honest, they would tell customers that the transaction fee is 1.5 percent, and nobody likes to pay 1.5 percent for this. The reason is the risk of price change, do they pay us back if the price goes higher after that? such a fraud. I recommend you to not use this platform at all.
