I've been using them for some time
I've been using them for some time, about 5 years, but usually transfers less than 100 EUR. The one time I needed them to work when I wanted to withdraw about 1500 EUR they failed to send a validation SMS. I retried about 100+ times. Nothing. They have a scammy vibe when you need things to work the most. Be cautious!

"Great app for small time traders"
What do you like best about Luno? Very easy to monitor crypto prices and purchase coins according to your preferences. What do you dislike about Luno? Too little cryptos to buy, currently there's only nine. No NFT buy either. What problems is Luno solving and how is that benefiting you? Nothing that I can think of.

Good, but funds take too long to reflect
Good and simple crytocurrency exchange, but crazy that it takes a couple of days for funds to reflect after transferring. If companies like EasyEquities can have funds reflecting within an hour of making a transfer, there's no reason to have to wait two or three days on Luno. Definitely an area for improvement.
