Useless company owned by scammers. Looking at you “Toshi” (a chatbot made and ran in Africa) Locked my account after it had been hacked which is fair enough, they asked me to confirm my ID which I have done several times, but constantly being given the run around. “Now we need it with today’s paper and a sign saying “Luno is great” and rubbish along those lines. Site is easy to use
Site is easy to use. Refer a friend, I signed up on a referral and all I had to do was refer and claim a bonus. No issues found at all, would recommend. Verification process will not always finish immediately and can take up to two days but still, no problem.

Easy to sign up but you can't withdraw to your own crypto wallet without 'requesting' the ability to do so and waiting several weeks. Borderline scam, we will see if I can ever access the funds
