Worst Experience
Are some people who are working for LUNO scammers or what. I tried to login to my account last week Saturday and couldn't login. The app refused my pin. I tried to reach out no response even today. I notified them not to respond to my email since is not working. But to others they respond with SMS.

Luno is the worst experience. They blocked my account for 2 weeks and still no one answers me from the support. I sent them everything they asked me for. I do not recommend to anyone

From my experience in Luno i will give them 5 star. Since 2020 i chose luno for my Crypto Investment, i haven't encountered any issues and people i referred are cool with the app. I will love if there's dark mode for the app also for users to remove crypto we no longer invest in from the Total Crypto. Keep up with the good work.
