This app is a joke
This app is a hoax; please refrain from using it. Instead, use Blockchain. This app freezes your accounts immediately after your initial deposit and requires you to fill out paperwork, take a selfie, and submit it to them for no reason. They spend your time "for your security" for weeks, if not months. The app is helpless. USE THIS APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

If could give no stars I would! Shocking customer service. I have proof of lies via screenshots of the chats from nunerous employees all contradciting themselves. Rip off platform for buying crypto on. Also they never pay out for you referring people to their platform. Avoid these for crypto.
