Restricting access to my own funds
Luno is closing accounts in Singapore and wants customers to withdraw their cryptocurrency. However, after sending some of my coins out Luno restricts my ability to access my account to further take my currencies. Several e-mails, detailed phone conversations, sending bank statements, pictures etc,....many weeks and still no access to my account, claiming "security issues". Worst customer experience ever, and I feel I am being scammed

Live time chart is not accurate
Live time chart is not accurate. The chart pricing is very slow compare to other trading platform. The price changs 5mins slow compares to others platforms which cause difficulties in trading

Went to download it and was immediately warned by 2 friends who were scammed by Luno they showed me the evidence. Have a look at the reviews people the people who are leaving glowing reviews have only left one review ever on trustpilot
