Beware!!! Sudden Account Closure!
My Account got suddenly closed as well without any warnings, ticket reference #572586, hope they will give a valid explanation. Update 2023-06-28 Tried the link they gave in their reply to this review, but always get the following error: We're having a connectivity issue An error occurred. Please try again. Luno = next FTX SCAM !!
Luno closed my account with no reason (#559994)and 29 days later have still not refunded me or attempted to contact me to refund. I have sent emails daily and 29 days later Luno specialist team that they promised is busy sorting out my account has not even emailed me. Sorry but Luno has just started becoming yet another FTX scam company

Wrong Account Closure
Luno mistook my account as singapore account and closed it on June 20, 2023 (yes, I am aware of their closure of service in singapore). I'm from Indonesia and my account was indonesia (I've verified with indonesian document too). I've sent support request but received no respond. Ticket number #560835 Update 14/11/2023 : Until today, I haven't received my money back.

Luno closed my account. To date I have been emailed by Luca, Kayleigh,Philip,Eddie,Anelisa most of which promised my funds to be returned within 7 to 9 business days from 20 June 2023 already.
