Hello, Without any previous notice, Luno blocked my account. Besides not explaining why that happened, I am not able to withdraw the funds from my account. Sudden Account Closure
Sudden Account Closure Unfortunately my account was suddenly closed, without any prior notice or without any justification. I have no idea why this has happened, because I brought some people for using the platform and I used it for buying/selling/sending occasionally. Not to be trusted
Just received an email informing my account was closed. Just like that! They didn't even tell what was the reason! I got my account a week ago, invest some money on BTC and now it's all gone. I Can´t even get in touch with them. For now it's a one star review and an advise to stay away from them.

Not able to withdraw funds
I have been a regular user of Luno but, since last week I am not able to withdraw my fiat funds nor send my coins to another wallet. I have already sent emails and contacts through chat but I am waiting for a response for more than a week. I want to have my money back. Update 16/07/2023: Still waiting for an answer from the support team and with my money blocked at Luno.
