Account closed for no reason and funds stolen
My account was closed for supposed suspicious activity which I appealed and never received a response from the support team. Luno says that all decisions are final but also that they will return funds once the account is closed so while I disagreed with their decision I thought I would just get my money back and can reinvest via someone else. Impossible to access or withdraw your assets.
I have absolutely no confidence in this company. There support process is absolutely useless. It takes you months to access your money. It's super easy to buy and to stake crypto, but the moment you. Try to Unstake or sell, you'll run into incompetence support staff and a repeated series of copy and pasted generic responses to your messages.
