Closed my account for no reason and withheld money for months with no explanation
Opened an account and invested £100 in bitcoin. Left it for 25 days before I get a message saying my account is being closed due to suspicious activity (no idea how leaving money in an investment is suspicious). Asked for an explanation and they would only provide an automated response. No phone line to speak to a person. About 50 emails and 3 months later, I've finally got my money back. Customer service is non existent. Avoid. Worst financial institution I've ever used.

Unable to resolve an account problem…
Unable to resolve an account problem for over a week! Different support people who don't check the previous issues. Very frustrating. Poor service!

high trading fee
The good : user friendly The bad :- No bot. Only a few coins. Even more less coin pairs. No stablecoin. The worst: Ridiculously high trading fee. I hate this because luno's trading fee is too high. Even giant exchange like binance and bybit only charges 0.1% for new users. In short, luno is a bad place to trade
