I'm happy with LUNO, BUT ...
I'm happy with LUNO, however, you have loopholes you have to deal with. Like, I'm a new trader, I deposited R1700. In a few days I made R32 200 profit. Now this is where unprofessionalism comes in. I was never told about Levels, Silver-Gold-Platinum. When I tried to withdrew, I'm told to deposit R6950 to upgrade my account in order for me to withdrew my profits. Now I don't have R6950, why can't you deduct from my profit? Really frustrating

Luno.so far so good butā¦
Luno is has the best crypto experience but my problem is you should be able to view your assets in dollars or other currency without being notified to change locations. Sometimes you might only want to check the value of your assets against the dollar or other currency. Please review that part of it and it will be much better for us. Thanks
