I have been waiting since Saturday for…
I have been waiting since Saturday for assistance. I have sent all my verification documents etc. I can't send anything from my wallet. Luno keeps saying they will phone and nothing. I keep opening tickets resending my docs. I just want to send my money and close this idiotic app No customer service. On 2 other apps it immediately updated my documents got verified and could trade. From such a huge company this is so pathetic and extremely frustrating

I made a withdraw from luno since 6days…
I made a withdraw from luno since 6days now my money is still there any time I messaged the support agent keeping telling me to be patient for own week is going down when I check the Instagram page I saw that luno has collected a lot thier customer money withdraw without reflecting in the bank beware of luno they scam people money I will not rest until they give me my money
