Avoid using at all costs
I was making a transaction to change pounds to bitcoin on this platform where I realised that my balance wasn't showing on the wallet. I have to contact this company (who are very slow to reply) to ask about this where I was told that my account had been blocked. I found this very unprofessional that I had to contact the company first before finding this out.
