Luno must be a scam my account was suppose to close they have given me a deadline to withdraw my funds every time I go to withdraw it says error contact us wth is going on. Such a bad service how are you telling me to withdraw my money with a deadline but not allowing me to also not replying to my emails very bad service been trying to message for 6 days what a joke

this is a scam! They blocked the money and haven’t responded for a couple of weeks! You can’t call, there are no contacts, you can only write a support ticket, but they still don’t answer!

Avoid LUNO APP
Worst to deal with. I deposited 20$ on Jan 8th 2023 on Luno app. I didn’t receive any voucher or any feedback from Luno. All they could tell me is that their payment partner is still on the matter. It’s almost a month, a whole month… They don’t send email to you concerning the matter unless you chat them up. Look am not the kind that writes reviews on website. This should be my first.
