You can buy £1000 worth of crypto without having to upload your passport etc, but to claim the free £10 worth of BTC via Papa Johns, they expect you to do ID Verification! However they (Papa Johns and Luno) don't tell you this requirement until you have already spent your money, and entered your details and code into their websites.
