Fund withdrawal still pending
Cash withdrawal still processing/pending since 19th May. Excellent support when making a deposit. Very poor/zero customer trying to get your money back. Starting to get that sinking feeling I won't be seeing my cash anymore. Update : the team sorted out the issue swiftly after much emails and messaging via Twitter. Adding the option to seek help regarding WITHDRAWAL transaction issues will be incredibly useful in the help section. Make it easier for your customers to get in contact.
