EUR 100k "missing"
I sent a transfer of EUR 100k to my account with Luno three days ago in order to trade BTC. I started wondering why it was not credited. Only after writing to them inquiring about the Whereabouts of the funds, they communicated that they did not "allocate" the deposit as it came from a third party account.
