Terrible customer service. After verifying my identity and bought some crypto, my account was blocked for no reason given whatsoever. It's been more than a week, and no response to my support query logged. I'm met with complete radio silence. The other issue as well, is the fact that Luno has very limited means of getting into direct contact with them.
