Not great
Locked my account for no reason and wont let you send to popular wallets such as Metamask for some bizarre reason. Support is only on email and dont seem to understand the issue

No transaction without issues, holding back tens of thousands and zero customer service
This company is absolutely terrible. If you want to withdraw your own money they promise that "Your withdrawal will be processed within the next business day according to the EUR withdrawal schedule." I contacted them after two days of my withdrawal "pending" (which is already a breach of contract). All you get is a really bad bot to tell you over and over again that "your withdrawal should be processed within 24 hrs". So I am waiting for tens of thousands of $$ without being able to get a ...

I have never used a more incompetent, criminal crypto platform in my life! From two consultants giving me false information about USDT and the MEXc platform transfers, to faulty authorisation links, to LUDICROUS exchange fees of 2% to their lack of information on networks for traders, I couldn't tell you to stay away from this platform more.
