"It is very user friendly"
What do you like best about Luma Health? As long as patient follows the instuctions , it doesn't take even a minute to get connected to the patient. I have not encountered any major issues so far. Decreased patient no show rate. Extremely user friendly.

What do you like best about Luma Health? I love that I can text my patients with secure messaging. Luma makes it easy to communicate with our patients and makes it easy for our patients to message us back. The appointment reminders are great, and that patients appreciate the reminders as well!
