"Luma has changed the way we communicate with patients"
What do you like best about Luma Health? Able to chat we our patients and share documents back and forth on a Hippa compliant platform. Able to perform telemedicine on the same platform we use to communicate with the patients and include multiple staff members in the conversation without assigning it to them. Beyond excited for the contactless check-in feature as this is the route we have been discussing.

What do you like best about Luma Health? It's super easy to use and customizable for your practice. I like the texting correspondence feature for our patients. I like the broadcasting feature as well to send a mass message.

What do you like best about Luma Health? We love being able to use Luma Health as our reminder system for our 300+ appointments on a daily basis. This frees up our staff immensely to focus on our patient's care. We also appreciate with Luma Health we could use waitlist features, rescheduling, send individual or mass messages to patients as well as the review system.
