What do you like best about Luigi's Box? The product itself works really great. The best part of Luigi's Box is the customer care, since every problem or change request is solved immediately. What do you dislike about Luigi's Box? I don't see any downside of using Luigi's Box and we are cooperating for couple of years. What problems is Luigi's Box solving and how is that benefiting you? Luigi's Box search engine works fast and shows accurate products both in search and product recommendation.

Still requires a bit of manual work with search synonyms etc. What problems is Luigi's Box solving and how is that benefiting you? It provides us with product search on 100K products across 26 domains and 15 languages without the need to develop and maintain our own solution.
