What do you like best? The site is beyond user friendly! Creating flowcharts and organization documents is so easy and they look so amazing. Lucidchart takes my charts to another level and it's easy to do so! Lucidchart provides helpful hints as you work through different documents so you learn a little along the way. Personal Experience

The subscription option obviously allows more access; I found the platforms straight forward & have used other LUCID products which were especially compatible with the MAC.I finished some work & knew I wouldn't be needing LUCID for about 6 months so did not renew however money was debited from my account. I contacted their billing team & after investigation I will receive a refund.I will return to LUCID & recommend them based on my personnel experience.

Making reports and charts will never be the same because of Lucidchart.

What do you like best? The ease of use. It has a huge variety of shapes and customization options. The templates are useful as well. What do you dislike? Overpriced and manipulative packages

What do you like best? It is a solid tool for the basic flow charts that are needed. It only requires a minimum amount of training to get the hang of it. What do you dislike? The packages are overpriced for what you get as a tool. We were forced to upgrade to the "Enterprise" plan based on domain control and security compliance.
