Basic tool horrible service

The tool is quite basic, there are other players that have better tools available. Customer service is horrendous and if you do the same mistake that I did by taking the year plan you will get empty-handed when trying to get a refund. Worst SaaS platform and service I worked with. Stay away.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the simplicity in making a diagram of my current AWS infrastructure. It does this in transparent and accurate manner. Great product however be careful with the unclear messaging around charges

The product itself is great however, be careful that you don't pay for the full version (I don't know how it happened to me, but when I asked for a refund they granted it promptly) and make sure you remember to cancel it if you buy for 1 month or else they will keep charging you.
