Lucidchart is flexible, detailed, and has a great free version!

What do you like best? Variety of shapes and items you can add, flexibility in styling and connecting them. The standard shapes are default, but you can choose from a wide variety of well chosen shape presets based on the type of project you're working on. Even for complex charts with lots of items, little lag or network issues when moving items or making changes. What do you like best? You can organize all your documents very easily and share documents with your colleagues. This looks very similar to Google Drive actually but making diagrams is now a hundred times easier with this ! There are a lot of interesting libraries to create the diagrams. What do you like best? The fact that you can actually learn more whilst using a template is fantastic. Especially when preparing for a presentation - i find that lucid charts makes life easy by being able to populate professional templates. Great for Wireframing

What do you like best? I like that I can generate my own diagrams and save them for future uses. Templates, such as the UI/UX ones, are great for putting together an idea quickly. Collaboration is smooth - I can easily share my document with a coworker and he or she can quickly add comments, make adjustments, or add items without needing me to touch it. What do you dislike?
