Billing support was GREAT!
I was unaware of my account being billed for their team plan ($540), and I contacted billing support for a refund. They got back to me & sent my refund within 8 hrs. Thanks trustpilot 🫡

I recently used the free trail and accidentally cancelled a day late. I contacted Lucidchart to hopefully get a refund, and they replied within the same day and processed my refund fully.

Really helpful and good service
Really helpful and good service. I accidently signed up for 1 year premium and got charged 750 DKK. I wrote to them and said it was as a mistake and i had my money back 2 days later
