Excellent customer experience using Lucidchart.

What do you like best? The most helpful aspect of Lucidchart is that it is cross platform and all my organizations diagrams are in one location. What do you dislike? Sometimes the interface is a little slow depending on the browser I use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My team is more likely to document our systems now that our diagram tool is easier to locate and use. Real time collaboration is a huge benefit over traditional solutions.

What do you like best? It is a very complete software for its variety of tools to create designs, flow diagrams, mental maps and organizational charts. What do you like best? I use Lucidchart to quickly create flow charts that easily express complex workflows to my customers. What do you like best? Lucidchart let me choose from so many types of diagram templates. It is cloud based and thus supports remote collaboration. What do you like best? It is very intuitive and comfortable to work on it. What do you like best? The largest competitor of Lucid Chart requires the user to download software to get started, whereas, Lucid chart has the option to be almost entirely browser based.
