A great solution for businesses which can also become better.

What do you like best? For both beginners and professionals, I feel that lucid charts provide a great number of templates for all different purposes. Not only ranging from coding or programming diagram tools for flow charts and data flow diagrams. However, there are templates for many more purposes other than programming. Business, economics, science, you name it, there is a template for that. Hence, the range is wider than Lucidchart's competitors. It has all the essential tools and ...

The greatest for online use.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the simplicity in making a diagram of my current AWS infrastructure. It does this in transparent and accurate manner. Icons for Lucidhart contain official AWS images as well as other diagram images. The software has integration with Slack in sharing diagrams. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I was hoping it can load up quicker. It would've been nice if the approach is a lot simpiler whenever it involves ...

Easy to collaborate

What do you like best? We frequently create diagrams that require multiple users to collaborate. With LucidChart, we can all work from the same source diagram, and make updates as necessary. This means we are always accessing the most up-to-date diagram, and don't have multiple copies of the same diagram in various stages of updates. We can also export the diagrams as a PNG if we need to attach to our documentation, embed in an email, or add to a PowerPoint presentation. We can also ...

Great visualization of complex processes / dependencies

What do you like best? The ease of creating, and displaying, dependencies and processes that would, otherwise, be incredibly difficult to convey. What do you dislike? Very small complaint but, I don't like the 'Enter' key exiting you out of text editing mode. Shift+Enter is required to add a new line when editing text. Again, small complaint but when making lots of edits quickly, it counts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able ...

Great low close visio dupe

What do you like best? I like all the objects and styles of charting available to me. The free version is good but the paid version, for such a low cost, is worth it. What do you dislike? It can be hard to visualize scale on the sheets. Sometimes you finish a graph and realize you were zoomed in and its tiny. Also hard to share your work unless you get everyone working in the product. Downloading to PDF is the work around. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Absolutely Amazing Tool, Forget Visio

What do you like best? The tool is so easy to use, no training is required whatsoever. You can start creating process flows and diagrams in seconds. I like that you can create entity relationship diagrams (ERD) when modeling data. What do you dislike? I haven't found a feature that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Documenting process flows

Feels like I can diagram anything

What do you like best? The templates and shape libraries get you started quickly; you can jump in an diagram anything even right in the middle of a meeting. The quick ability to link items together and how it prompts for the next flowchart items - awesome. The UI wireframing is powerful. Basically to me it is the perfect compromise between something that is a powerful diagramming tool AND a great wireframe/mockup tool What do you dislike? Minor things I dislike is the inability to ...

Business Development Representative

What do you like best? The ease of creating a work flow process presentation is unbelievable. I was able to break down my day to day workflow in a digestible visualization with the ability to implement color schemes and alternative work flow paths extremely easy. What do you dislike? I wish there was a more presentation based portion of lucid chart, being able to create an entire presentation in one place instead of just using it for the visualization aspect would make it even more ...
