What do you like best about LoyaltyLion? We have been using LoyaltyLion for several months now and it has certainly played a substantial role in amplifying our eCommerce customer loyalty program. What do you like best about LoyaltyLion? Customer Success part. As we are just at the beginning of using Loyalty Lion I can't tell a lot about success in terms of commercial benefits. However whole LL team was (and is) super helpful from the beginning of the cooperation. Have to say we felt really taken care by them.

What do you like best about LoyaltyLion? The close support we recieved from the team at LoyaltyLion so far has been great. Our account manager Anusha has been a brilliant help, and has gone the extra mile to make sure all of our needs have been met, within some very tight deadlines. Our onboarding manager Alejandra was also excellent.

"Great onboarding and post-launch experience, team are always available and go above and beyond"

What do you like best about LoyaltyLion? The support and the integration with systems. Team are always willing to investigate and get the best results for you. Amber, Jason and Sammy have been a dream to work with. During onboarding Jason even stayed up way past close and was available australian time to help our dev team with a launch bug.
