What do you like best about Loopio? We implemented Loopio in 2019, and things were pretty dire. We had no useful RFP database in place, and our volume was increasing exponentially. Loopio has been instrumental in ensuring we have the latest and greatest content available for our sales team and eliminated all of the manual processes we had in place. What do you like best about Loopio? Loopio has excellent account management and customer service. It's also highly intuitive, so users don't need a lot of training (although Loopio provides excellent training and a robust online help center). What do you dislike about Loopio? There aren't many other companies in my industry that use Loopio. Loopio doesn't handle some kinds of formatting well (like bullet points) when importing a document. What do you like best about Loopio? For me the biggest upside about using Loopio is knowing that the answers I'm sending to my prospects have been vetted and approved by my technical team. What do you dislike about Loopio? One aspect of Loopio that could use improvement is the parsing of RFPs and auto-filling of answers. It usually gets me 50% of the way there with the last half being a more manual process. I suspect this will continue to get better as Loopio invests in more robust AI. What ...
