Accidental duplication of content is possible if the system is opened up to multiple users What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Loopio? Loopio is exceedingly easy to navigate, and it is not difficult to adapt/learn new features as their software improves. We save so much time compared to the old, manual way we used to go about RFP responses. What do you dislike about Loopio? What do you like best about Loopio? Brilliant to have a centralised repository of reusable answers and texts. The AI used to run the Magic is amazing and saves so much time. Great dashboard, giving you a view of how much is complete versus how much is still left to do and who is allocated each answer. Easy and intuitive to use. What do you dislike about Loopio? What do you like best about Loopio? The most fun thing is pressing the Magic button, which searches through the database and suggests answers for each of the tender questions you have imported in. What do you dislike about Loopio? Trying to import word documents into the library. We have a series of these that use tables which contain the questions and answer in separate rows. You cannot import these into Loopio as is, instead you have to convert the tables to text and then remove the extra ...
