What do you like best about Loom? LOOM is super user-friendly! I like the ease of recording and the ability to edit. What do you dislike about Loom? Sometimes have issues with playback sound. Often we will have visual playback with no audio. There seems to be no rhyme or reason and usually resolves after several attempts. However, we have had to re-record multiple times for it to fix. What do you like best about Loom? Loom is great for collaborating with teams in other time zones (asynchronously) and who are not in "English first" countries (so they can play a video over and over to get the meaning, especially coupled with "body language" and screen-sharing/demonstration). What do you dislike about Loom? It can be a little buggy (the odd crash) when using the desktop application, which I prefer (vs. the web browser extension for Chrome or Microsoft Edge Chromium). What do you like best about Loom? Fast and effective way to communicate complicated ideas with clients, prospects, or even internally, etc. What do you dislike about Loom? I honestly can't think of any off the top of my head. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? "Insane & well priced product"
What do you like best about Loom? Loom is just insane as a product. It has slashed my sales time by a drastic amount I can't even quantify how much, at least 80%. I make one personalise video for 30 secs, cascade it with a template video that I and then send and send a personalised estimate to someone I've never met and close deals in excess of £50,000. What do you like best about Loom? The most helpful feature is that you can add audio to the video that you record. What do you dislike about Loom? Nothing that I can think of now, I like it a lot What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps me explain the steps that I take to reach a particular situation and replicate the error.

"Easy to use and very user-friendly."
What do you like best about Loom? Easy Access. Easy to use. User friendly. What do you dislike about Loom? The camera brightness looks darker than the original setting brightness during recording. No way to adjust. But after recording, the video brightness looks fine. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping on time management. Explainer videos. Detailed instructions.

What do you like best about Loom? It is quite easy to use. It gives us the option to choose between sharing the screen with the camera being either on or off and vice versa. It also allows us to record the video while both the camera and the mic are off. The best part is a sharable link for the video which can be accessed by anyone anywhere on any device. What do you like best about Loom? As a web developer, I can show what I am seeing or show step by step how to do something for a customer. What do you dislike about Loom? Other than being limited on the number of videos I can make in the tier that I am in, nothing. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Sharing updates and feedback in a faster way. Other than having to schedule a meeting.
