"seemingly easy to use but sometimes fails at important moments."

What do you like best about Loom? the fact that i can choose a window to record with a video quality option. What do you dislike about Loom? - not being able to choose video quality when using web version. - not being able to have the same options of window sharing in web version - app not working sometimes What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? it can quickly allow me to record a comprehensive video that will show what i want to share without hopping on a call.

"Brilliant, quick, easily accessible videos"

What do you like best about Loom? I love that it generates a transcript of the video. This means I can share with a wider audience, who can look up any language they understand, or can be shared with deaf or hard-of-hearing clients. It also works brilliant for people who don;t speak English as a first language. What do you dislike about Loom? Sometimes the video functioanlity glitches and so the video is only half on screen. "Elite Time-saver"

What do you like best about Loom? I love that Loom allows me to communicate with clients as though I'm speaking with them directly. It's amazing how neither party needs to be available at a set time but instead can communicate as though we're in a meeting without blocking up your calendar. What do you dislike about Loom? I have yet to find any significant downsides when using Loom. Controls are intuitive and all clients have been very receptive to using it as a tool to communicate. One ...

What do you like best about Loom? It's so easy to use. Being able to walk others through a quick visual is super helpful. What do you dislike about Loom? So far nothing! It has been just what I needed. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Sharing information quickly and visually. It saves time and gives better accuracy than having to type out long emails.

What do you like best about Loom? Looks great, is easy to use and convenient What do you dislike about Loom? Sometimes I have problems with the camera loading forever. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Loom helps me a lot with communication, sometimes, an email (or slack) is not enough, and a meeting would be too much. A short loom does the trick.

What do you like best about Loom? Using the video right on the screen with my laptop camera. Looks so professional!!! What do you dislike about Loom? Honestly, NONE. I can't think of anything I don't like. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? I can easily send bug reports to my developers. I even use the bug report frame. :) Now they can see exactly what the problem is.

What do you like best about Loom? Being able to explain things / giving feedback in sign language while showing what I need to show on the screen at the same time!
