What do you like best about Loom? Couldn't be easier to record a video - whether it be screen share, video, or need edits. What do you dislike about Loom? Desktop app can be a little unstable so I stick to browser extension. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows us to collaborate async but in a high-bandwidth way.

What do you like best about Loom? I'm a big fan of Loom for easy recording, fast editing, verbal transcription, and ease of sharing the recordings. What do you dislike about Loom? It takes 1-3 mins to load before you can edit after recording. Occasionally it glitches and won't save, but there is a workaround now. I love that loom helps cut down on time in virtual meetings with a simple video clip, that gets straight to the point and everyone who receives the link can review it on their own time! What do you dislike about Loom? If there was a way to screen share utilizing the highlight cursor function on the extension without having to download the software for it. What do you like best about Loom? Productivity is much faster by enabling me to debrief and brief my designers without having to find time for us to go through it. So simple to use, and being able to talk through something using my phone, is fantastic. What do you dislike about Loom? What do you like best about Loom? Very easy to record and edit your own videos. What do you dislike about Loom? Sometimes there are issues with camera connectivity. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? It's so much easier to explain processes and walkthroughs of technical documents than trying to accomplish the same with a written email.

What do you like best about Loom? I love how easy it is to use, we save a lot of time, and instead of meetings or reports, we use Loom. What do you dislike about Loom? Sometimes it's buggy or takes a while to load. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Most of our team is remote and with Loom we are able to communicate effectively and also train new team members or share easily new software updates.

I wish I had more robust editing capabilities - sometimes I bumble my words and end up having to start over. What do you like best about Loom? It was easy to learn. The tools are simple and quick to pick up. I can create quick training tutorials to answer questions and easily share them with the staff or agents at the company. It's simple to edit out the bloopers when I'm finished with the recording. What do you dislike about Loom? I wish there were a few more tools that I could use to highlight or emphasize portions of my screen.
