"Loom is a lifesaver"
What do you like best about Loom? I love that I can pause while doing a video so I don't have to restart when I lose my train of thought. I also love that it automatically generates my transcript. What do you like best about Loom? Prior to Loom we were mainly answering support requests via email with some screenshots mixed in here and there. Now with Loom we can truly walk a client through support issues and show them directly in our Product how to fix their issues. What do you like best about Loom? Loom saves me SO much time when communicating with clients. They also feel so connected with me when they get my videos. What do you dislike about Loom? Nothing comes to mind. Overall love the software & it's for a reasonable price! What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Loom? I am an OG when it comes to loom. I have been a huge fan since they kicked off for the simple reason that sending a loom saves me SO much time. I use it from everything from sending in bug reports to support, client support, training new team members, heck, I even use it as one of the first steps in my hiring process. We've been using Loom for our business to send notes to our team, keep clients updated on what's happening (and we encourage them to us it too) and to prospect for more business What do you dislike about Loom? What do you like best about Loom? I love being able to give visual feedback to clients. This is the perfect tool, especially when integrated with Google Chrome! What do you dislike about Loom? Nothing. It's easy to use! Love everything about it! What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Cutting out the need for a meeting when I need to talk through something.
