What do you like best about Loom? Loom allows me to record videos that my clients can watch when it's convenient for them. It has reduced my number of client calls since now I can send a Loom if I want to highlight a new feature, help someone get engaged in our system, or answer a few quick questions. "The smoothest screenshare workflow for global teams"
What do you like best about Loom? I run marketing teams and I was an early adopter of screensharing, which used to be super clumsy. Then Loom came, and made things smooth. What do you like best about Loom? Loom is simple to use and has smooth watcher access. What do you dislike about Loom? Whether using the Chrome plugin or the desktop app, it crashes too often. Recordings not starting, sometimes even after a hard restart, ending the recording on its own, not uploading the video so I cross my fingers and hope it can be restored are issues that happen weekly. What do you like best about Loom? The best thing about loom is it makes it so simple to convey a concept or answer a question from a colleague or client via aynchronous communication. The ageold addage of 'a picture is worth a 1,000 words' is even more true for a full video. "Quick and convenient with all the right features"
What do you like best about Loom? I love the chrome plugin. It's always available when I'm working and want to send someone a quick update. I also like that it analyzes my speech and gives a short summary and title for my video. It also has some nice editing features that are easy to learn and help me fix little mistakes so I don't have to re-record. What do you dislike about Loom? I can't think of anything! "Love to use Loom both internally and with my clients"
What do you like best about Loom? Loom is quick and easy. I simply click on the Loom icon on my screen and I am ready to record instantly. What do you dislike about Loom? The quality of the recording is not quite as good as other platforms I've used. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Loom allows me to show and not just tell with my consulting clients. When words aren't quite enough, my 1-2 minute explainer videos always do the trick!

What do you like best about Loom? Saves time, very easy to use (especially with the Chrome extension), great video features available, simple for our customers to view videos, easy to embed in help articles. What do you like best about Loom? I've been using Loom for work for the last 6 months, and I have been LOVING it! I run a fully remote team, and loom makes it so easy to provide training materials and process updates. What do you like best about Loom? I no longer need to explain things over and over....just shoot a video! What do you dislike about Loom? Sometimes downloading a video takes a long time. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Instead of explaining things over and over to someone, I create one SOP video and they see it forever. It is saving me a lot of time.
