What do you like best about Loom? Loom is super simple to start recording, pause, and even cut out sections if you get lost mid-thought. The links are easy to share and use as reference material at a later date. Many people can watch, comment, or reply with their own Loom if needed. What do you dislike about Loom? "Great App, but still in developing."
What do you like best about Loom? You can easily find/organize your video library, so you can record something, and use it again in the future. The Chrome extension is easy to use, the Screenshot Beta feature lookspromising. What do you dislike about Loom? Sometimes the Desktop app is buggy and uses a lot of RAM resources, it can easily fix it by restarting the app and clearing the cache. There is no Desktop app in Linux. What do you like best about Loom? The ease of use with the extension on Google Chrome What do you dislike about Loom? The limit of free video when most of my videos are under 2 min to help navigate a problem. I probably used 25 videos on trying to make 5 actual videos. I've used video software for years, and Loom is the easiest I've used for providing quick feedback on things like websites that require a visual walkthrough to explain thoroughly. What do you like best about Loom? I actually do use this product but am considering not after the lack of customer service I have received. What do you dislike about Loom? I have reached out to Loom's customer service over a billing issue two separate times now, with no response.
