What do you like best about Loom? The compatibility with MAC OS is excellent. The app works like it's supposed to, and it's pretty intuitive. What do you dislike about Loom? The app randomly opens and closes without me doing anything. It hasn't happened in a while, but it did happen about 3/4 times. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? It's good for explaining complex systems and softwares to collagues. Having an audio-visual tool is useful.

Every time I go to create a video, the version of loom that I downloaded a few days ago is unsupported. It doesn't automatically update correctly - it's stuck downloading. What do you like best about Loom? Really great desktop extension that allows me to easily record or create screenshots with guiding visuals and audio.
