"Love Loom, hate how unreliable the desktop app is"
What do you like best about Loom? Awesome features, great product. Changes the game when it comes to async work. What do you dislike about Loom? The desktop app unfortunately is the most unreliable app I know... Too many issues, error messages, bugs. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Async communication.

What do you like best about Loom? I really liked the fact that I can record the video with a single tap and with so many options. The best part is that it's cloud-based. What do you like best about Loom? I love how simple this tool is. I mean one can install the chrome extension and they are good to go . Just click the start recording and you can capture the screen with ease. What do you dislike about Loom? What do you like best about Loom? To record any video and edit it real fast. Screen recording/ recording a session it's very helpful and I can easily send the video to my prospect What do you dislike about Loom? the limit to recording one video should be increased from 5 min plan for a free trial.
