What do you like best about Loom? Easy to record, I like the Chrome extension What do you dislike about Loom? Unable to save loom settings. Would like a feature to access loom videos from the extension instead of logging into loom. In this survey I can't upload an image since I never use anything other than video. "Loom is pretty awesome for pre-recorded demos and follow ups"
What do you like best about Loom? the ability to quickly capture my screen and audio at the same time. What do you dislike about Loom? the browser interface is a little cludgy but using the desktop tool was fantastic. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? recording demos and and using them to follow up with customers.

What do you like best about Loom? You can record your screen - a custom portion or the whole thing, toggle your video on and off, and even draw on the screen or edit out mistakes. The quick link can be shared with anyone and you can title your Looms to easily search and find them again later. What do you dislike about Loom? "Love Loom for Customer Training and Tech Support!"
What do you like best about Loom? Not only can I take videos to send to customers to train them on our software, but I can take videos of bugs I find! As there is a free option, I can also ask my customers to take a video with Loom and send it my way if I can't replicate an issue they are experiencing. What do you dislike about Loom? What do you like best about Loom? I love how easy it is to make a video and share it with others. The flexibilty and feature options are really nice.
