"Great Service for Quick Screen Capture and Product Review"
What do you like best about Loom? Very simple to use as a Chrome extension built into my browser. What do you dislike about Loom? No major dislikes. Sometimes it would help for certain features to be more easily explained to users. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Loom to screen capture the product and quickly share with others what we are looking at.

"Loom is a huge time saver"
What do you like best about Loom? I use Loom almost every day in my Customer Success role. Rather than typing out a very long email explanation with screenshots that could get easily misinterpreted, I record a brief loom to demonstrate what I need to explain. What do you like best about Loom? I like how Loom allows you to quickly record an instance be it for a client or for training or for further review in such a simplistic and easy to use way. The ability to attach video to written word opens up and expands the communication with others to a new level. What do you dislike about Loom? What do you like best about Loom? Chrome extension to quickly record thoughts What do you dislike about Loom? can't easily embed in Gmail emails or Outreach emails like I can with Vidyard What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Conveying tone of voice easily so that nothing gets lost via words on a screen.

"Easiest way to communicate directions!"
What do you like best about Loom? You could record your voice, but it's so much more powerful to show what your screen while doing so and sharing a link. What do you dislike about Loom? There is not much missing from this, except voice to text conversion for search. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Process Documentaion, Instructions, Training Videos, Bug Fixes.

"Easy to use and functional"
What do you like best about Loom? This has become a near-daily tool for me. I use this to create walk-throughs and tutorials that are much easier communicated via video than emails and screenshots. Its super easy to use, I select what screen or tab I want to record and press go. Then I can trim it if needed and send the link to whomever needs to watch it. What do you dislike about Loom? What do you like best about Loom? The rendering part. Screen recording is very smooth and the video upload is too fast. I add all my loom videos on Notion or just download them to store in my system. What do you dislike about Loom? I think it should have more editing features. or the video limit of the free version can be increased. The delete video feature can be better too. What do you like best about Loom? Its easy to use, cost effective and fast to create and store video What do you dislike about Loom? There is nothing I dislike. It does not have a social media platfrom attached. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Teaching how to use some apps. Sharing Good News, Communicating. Convenient and effective way to communicate. I am more productive.
